Buying Procedure

Place your order through the “Order here →” link on the products page or contact MMEX Head Office.
If via online,you are advice to complete the form in details. Upon submitting the form, within 24 hours a call will be made to you in order to finalize the order details. All orders must be made within office hours.

Upon confirmation, payment/collection must be made within 24 hours of the confirmation period. If no payment was made within stipulated time period, the order will be consider void.


Payments can be made via four methods:

  • ATM cash transfer
  • Cash Deposit
  • Internet Banking Transfer
  • Cash  On Collection (C.O.C) at MMEX Head Office.

If payments are made using one of the 1st three methods,the company’s account details are as such:

Once the payment had been made you are advised to notify us through email or phone contact. Without any notification of the payment your order status will not be updated. You are advice to keep the transaction slip as your proof of payment ( if payment was made via the 1st three methods)

Once your payment have been verified, your gold is ready shipment/collection.

REMINDER!

  • Transaction that requires shipping will receive the gold within 5 working days from the transaction date. Note that MMEX Trading will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged products due to shipping.
  • Transactions been made before 2p.m will be able to collect their orders from our head office on the same day.
  • Transactions been made after 2p.m will be able to collect their order from our head office on the next working day.
  • The quoted selling prices are indicative rates only. Actual rates will be quoted upon receiving your order form.
